NEW YORK — Lawrence Taylor did not call 911. Police say he opened his hotel door in the wee hours and there was a young girl, barely 16, her eye bruised, her face battered. She was brought to Taylor’s room against her will, according to police, by a man who served nearly 14 years for manslaughter.

Man charged with threatening to kill Cantor, family

A Philadelphia man has been charged with threatening to kill Culpeper’s Congressman.
The U.S. Attorney in Philadelphia said Norman Leboon, 38, of Philadelphia created a video threatening to kill Rep. Eric Cantor, R-Richmond, and his family. Cantor, the no. 2 Republican in the U.S. House, and his family were unhurt.
