From the North and South:From I-81, take exit 247B (Rte 33 West towards downtown Harrisonburg).At the first light, turn left onto Cantrell Ave. Follow CantrellAve all the way until it dead ends at High Street (Rte. 42). Gostraight through stoplight at this intersection into parking lotof Memorial Hall. the gym is located on the right side of thebuilding, with the entrance directly off the parking lot.
From the East:Take Route 33 west towards Harrisonburg.
